EPL: Chelsea duo lead nominees for Player of the year awards

Nominees for the Player of the Season and Young player of the year have been announced by the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA).

With no surprises, the six players unarguably deserve the call as they pose the most attacking threat to any team.

Four nominees from London namely, Chelsea duo Diego Costa and Eden Hazard, Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez and the golden boy of English football, Tottenham striker Harry Kane.

Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho has been nominated as has Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea.
