Belgian Eden Hazard has been voted as Chelsea player of the season.
The 23 year old scored a total of 14 goals with seven assists which helped the Blues finish third on the English Premier League log (automatic champions league spot).
It could be recalled that the forward was linked to French champions PSG and recently made the headlines for his comments after their Champions league exit.
