Mourinho gives me confidence, Hazard hails Chelsea boss

Chelsea forward  Eden Hazard has attributed his performance this season to the moral boost he received from the Blues boss Jose Mourinho.

He told Sky Sports after their 1-0 win over Crystal Palace at Satmford Bridge on Sunday: ''He gave me a lot of confidence. He let me play. I can play my best on the pitch.

''The team needs a player like me, like William, like Diego (Costa), we are here to score - try to change the game. All the players did very well.''

The 24-year old Belgian has so far scored 14 goals, provided 8 assists for Chelsea this season and also won the PFA Player of the year award.
