Siasia invites Oshobe, Alex Iwobi and 19 others for Gabon tie

Bulgaria-based midfielder Oshobe Oladele and Arsenal's Alex Iwobi along with three other foreign-based professionals have been invited by Dream Team coach Samson Siasia ahead of the All African Games qualifier against Gabon on Saturday.

The Dream Team VI will leave Nigeria for Gabon on Wednesday evening via Ethopia Airlines.

Nigerian Youth Oladele Oshobe debuts for Bulgarian Club Lokomotiv Plovdid

Nigerian Youth exploit Oladele Oshobe made his debut for Bulgarian Club Lokomotiv Plovdid as they defeated Slavia Sofia 1-0 in U-21 Championship game on Tuesday.

 The former 36-Lions and FK Partizani midfielder saw 60 minutes of action playing for the club’s Youth side alongside some members of the first team.

With the victory Lokomotiv (Plovdiv) already has a total of 14 points, which ranks the team 11th in the standings, but with a game in hand. Also with 14 points is 10th Lokomotiv (Sofia) and the last position is Marek 13 points.

Nigerian midfielder Oladele Oshobe has joined Bulgarian side Lokomotiv Plovdiv.

The 21-year old defensive midfielder signed a one year contract with Lokomotiv Plvdiv after completing a move from Ablanian second tier club FK Partizani where he played for over a year.

In an interview with the former 36 Lions Youngster, he told Sports Talk that he looks forward to a bright future with his new employers.

''I am happy with the move, and i want to give my best to the team'', said the player.

He also confirmed that he will be in action soon ''Everything is fine here and my team is doing their best to see that the paper works are completed so i can start playing''.

Lokomotiv Plovdiv club currently sit 10th on the APF Table.
