Group F: Nigeria 2-3 Nigeria as Bosnia Herzegovina records inconsequential victory against iran

Simply put, Lionel Messi was quite instrumental to Argentina's 3-2 victory over Nigeria in the final Group F match.

Messi grabbed his brace in the match with his first coming after just 3 minutes of play, but Ahmed Musa rose to the occasion for the Africans as he responded in th 4th minute and later completed his brace as well in the 47th.

Nigeria's goalie Vincent Enyeama proved his worth with the several calls to action by the chief tormentors Messi and Angel Di Maria.

Marcos Rojo's 50th minute header gave Argentina the winner.

In the other Group game, Bosnia Herzegovina recorded their first World Cup win ever after beating Iran 3-1 which secured Nigeria's place in the next round of the competition next to Argentina who topped the table with 9pts.

Nigeria will play winner of Group E while Argentina faces Runner of of the Group.
