FRSC Striker Akeem Isiaka sets eyes on goals in Nigerian National League

FRSC FC of Abuja striker, Isiaka Akeem, has set a ten goal mark for Nigeria National League season which commences soon.

Isiaka could only manage three goals last season due to injury constraint but he is optimistic ahead of the new season.

"I pray to be injury free even though football is a contact sport, I just could not do much last season as I got injured early in the season but I did show a glimpse of what I can offer when I joined the first team back late in the season scoring three goals in six games," the Oyo state born striker SL10 on Tuesday morning.

FRSC FC (Federal Road Safety Commission) have played 17 friendly matches so far and Akeem Isiaka featured in eight of those matches scoring seven goals.

The Abuja base FRSC FC have lined up two friendlies with one confirmed and the other yet to be confirmed.

A planned friendly match against Nigeria Nationwide League side, Court of Appeal FC will be played tomorrow while a revenge re-match against Lobi Stars in Makurdi will be confirmed before the week runs out.

Lobi Star ran away with a lone goal when they met FRSC FC in Abuja last week.
