Dream come true: Usain Bolt set to play for Manchester United

Finally Jamaica Sprint Star, Usain Bolt will get that golden chance to play for dream club Manchester United at Rio Ferdinand's testimonial against Sevilla at Old Trafford next month

Dailymail.co.uk reports that Ferdinand was rewarded for over a decade of service at Old Trafford with a match against Sevilla next month, and he urged David Moyes to let the world’s fastest man play.

He is a big fan of United and good friends with recently retired boss Sir Alex Ferguson

Bolt, 26, previously begged Sir Alex to give him a trial for the Premier League champions.

However, the selection of Bolt for the August 9 friendly should be confirmed by the club next week, fresh off the back of his world leading time in the 200metres.

Bolt shattered Michael Johnson's 23-year-old meeting record of 20.01secs to win in 19.73secs in the Diamond League in Paris.
