Brazil beaten, humiliated and dazed by Germany (1-7)

Clinical Germany scored seven times to beat host Brazil in terms semi final of the World Cup on Tuesday night at the Estadio Mineirao.

Brazil's torment began when Thomas Muller scored in the 11th minute, doubled by a record-breaker Miroslav Klose in the 23rd, Toni Kroose and Andre Schurrle both grabbed a double as Sami Khedira also getting on the scorers sheet before Chelsea's Oscar got the consolation for the host.

Germany have therefore booked their place in the Finals of the World Cup and will be playing winner of the last semi final game between Argentina and Netherland.

The absence of Captain Thiago Silva and Star striker Neymar was obvious as the team were helpless in the hands of David Luiz who stood in as captain and Dante.

History has it that the last time Brazil lost a competitive game at home was in 1975.
