Arjen Robben's late goal has earned FC Bayern the fifth European Cup of their illustrious history.
Goalless at half time, İlkay Gündoğan had cancelled out Mario Mandžukić's opener and the game looked destined for extra time.
However, Robben – who missed a penalty in the final last season when Bayern lost in their own stadium to Chelsea FC – struck to earn Bayern the glory.
