Golden Eaglets to arrive Nigeria today

After finishing second at the recently concluded CAN U-17, the Nigeria Golden Eaglets, are expected back in Nigeria in the early hours of Wednesday, officials of the team have stated.

The team was originally scheduled to arrive Lagos on Tuesday morning; but a change in flight arrangements will now see the continent’s second best team back in Nigeria on Wednesday.

The players and officials are expected to depart their base in Marrakech to Casablanca Tuesday afternoon for their onward trip to Lagos later in the evening aboard Air Maroc.

Meanwhile, officials have pleaded with Nigerians to give the boys a warm welcome.
